Kung Fu club - Members : Laurent and Nicolas

Discovering Kung-fu in Nam Huynh Dao was a true well-being, healthy feelings revelation. For sure, practising Kung-fu is very good for the mind and physical health. Depending on your expectations and physical possibilities, you can attend lessons at various levels of difficulties from the important stage of breathing to the two-times daily training! Joins, ligaments and spine become more flexible, muscles stronger and body more resistant. Furthermore, inspiration/expiration take a very important place during and after exercises helping in concentration and relaxation. Lastly, self-defence could help being more confident. From Vietnamese culture, Kung-Fu seems to improve our organs’ function and could prevent from taking excessive systematic medicine. I understand…

I really enjoy practising Nam Huynh Dao, it's a great way to evacuate the stress of the day or accumulated during the week and I may get addicted to it soon! With our instructor, we have the chance to learn in a very friendly atmosphere and at flexible schedules which is very enjoyable as well. Really, I recommend this activity to everyone.
